Red Scare 10 Years of Your Dumb Bullshit Track-by-Track

ImageThe Red Scare To celebrate 10 years of Red Scare and the release of 10 Years of Your Dumb Bullshit compilation, we teamed up with the Red Scare headmaster himself, Toby Jeg, to do a track-by-track for us.

I always enjoy reading "track-by-track" things on other sites, so Punknews and I got to talking about it, and here we are. If you hate this shit, don't read it. But if you enjoyed the comp, I have some personal anecdotes and some weird insights to share, and it might be fun to listen along. I've said it a bunch and I'll say it a bunch more: it was super fun to put this compilation together for y'all and I'm super stoked that so many people have been enjoying it. Right fucking on.

You can pick up the comp here and/or stream it here. Red Scare's 10th anniversary will take place October 24-26 in Chicago, IL.

As for the EP, the band commented:

...we are in the process of writing and recording a new EP. It‚??s the first time that Andy, Darran, Bri, Pud and I have been in that creative space together since we wrote Short Controlled Bursts over a decade ago. I won‚??t go in to too much detail ‚?? we‚??ll let the music speak for itself when it‚??s ready ‚?? but suffice it to say, its fast, pissed and fun.

The band does note in their statement that they're not reuniting as a full time touring band. Members of the group have since moved in to play in A Wilhelm Scream, Boys Night Out and The Artist Life among other acts. You can check out that statement by clicking below.
